Tobacco & Phones 4 Less

Pretty good store. Compared to other stations, they have low prices on gas and phones. I once repaired my iphone there and it was quick and cheap. more

this place is horrible! i am an employee for them and they can't even get it right with us. they say we get comission on the phones and phone accessories but they haven't paid in 3 months, forget them. they are from a different country and obviously they don't understand how to treat americans that are working for them. Not only do you have to worry about your stores managers but the other 8 above them. Wish i could say something nice about this company but there just isnt anything good to be said about this place. it is as shady as they come. They will buy stolen phones knowing they are stolen and then sell them for a rediculous amount above what they paid. these guys are a bunch of sleezes more

i have a bad expirience, trying to buy a batterie for my phone, come on, is like people playing games. i call and the guy said they have it, later i call again, and ask for him , and same guy was there. BUT I ASK FOR HIM, AND HE SAID HE WAS OUT OF WORK FOR TODAY, , DONT MAKE PEOPLE LOSE TIME ON THIS GETTO PLACES...... more

I disagree with the other review. This is a really good business. It has the lowest prices and excellent costumer service! more

Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 the gas pump took 74 dollars off of my debit card without authorization and didn't give me any gas in return.. When asked about it, the clerk (named Dan) said that there was no proof of the transaction and he rudely refused to do anything about it. In the middle of the conversation, he picked up his cell phone and walks into the back. We called our bank and asked what to do and the teller told us to give the phone to the clerk so that she could cancel the transaction.. Well, we tried that and again, the clerk (Dan) refused to even talk on the phone. He eventually ended up asking some police officer that was there for help with us because he thought we were intimidating or something.. All in all, this location has very very very poor customer service. DO NOT PAY-AT-PUMP HERE!! It will take your money and there is nothing they will do about it. We ended up having to wait 48 hours before the bank would refund us our money. I will never, EVER go to this tobacco and phones for less again. Period. I really hope this helps someone in the future. more
