Dr To is great. I had a bump behind my ear that I was worried was going to hurt me, but it turned out to be okay. He was really kind and told me there was nothing to worry about.

Dr. Warner is the only one I'd trust to treat my skin! 8/2/2011

Dr. Warner is a cosmetic dermatologist in my hometown of Frederick, Maryland. I started seeing him in April 2011 for a rash I had secondary to some product I used...and he fixed me right up! He insisted on seeing me the same day I called and really listened to my concerns when I got there. Dr. Warner is the best! He even helped me with a stubborn wrinkle I had on my forehead...thanks to Botox ;) more
