As a vendor for TMB Builders I would suggest caution when dealing with the owners of this business. We conducted cleaning for the models for nearly 9 months. After the models were sold we invoiced as we had for 9 months only to have the owners ignore the invoices. We have attempted to contact the owners via every avenue we have available and have gotten no response. As a former Regional Loss Prevention Manager for a large National Retailer I was always taught to operate with a high level of integrity. The owners of TMB builders never learned this invaluable business tool. Buyers beware. more

All of us had a wonderful experience working with Tom Brown. \r The best part of our experiences with Tom was how he handled the whole process with such integrity. What needed to be done was done in the time frame he said it would be! A nice change from past experiences working with Builders! \r When our new homes were ready to move into and we did our final walk throughs we were introduced to the home by Tom himself! How often does that happen that the OWNER and BUILDER actually walk you through the home!!?? Neither one of us found a single problem with the home(s). I had hired a 3rd party inspector to come along, just in case, and he found NOTHING (basically, I wasted hundreds of dollars). I asked if that was common and Tom said that he has ""0 walks"" (0 repairs after the walk through) more often than not. I am a Realtor and always accompany my clients on their walks before closing on homes, I have never seen a 0 walk on a NEW home before TMB. \r Overall, the experience was great and I'm very excited to have had Tom build my home.\r Pros: Integrity more
