Worst

I took my cat here on July 28 for an emergency - his cheek had swollen to the size of a golf-ball. I took him here because it was close and they said it is an emergency hospital ...

Very appreciative 1/28/2011

Not sure why there's such mixed reviews.... We had to take our 4 year old Yorkie in on a Sunday night the first time - and many times since due to a liver disorder they discovered. We have chosen to stay with them permanently because of their hours and the caring, positive experience they have given us. They diagnosed him correctly within 24 hours, everyone is extremely friendly, their costs are only slightly higher (on average just $20 more per service than our regular vet) and we feel that it is so worth it. They have all been so amazing, I am so glad they are right down the street and they are there 24/7. Even for the 'silliest' of questions, anytime we call they get us the information we need, and they are kind and professional about it. Thank you so much TLC - you helped us through a very scary time and we will forever be appreciative!!! more

Super nice! 1/28/2011

I went to TLC on a Sunday night after my puppy had been vomiting and couldn't keep food down to make sure he was okay, because I didn't know what was going on with him. Fortunately, everything turned out to be fine and he was suffering from an upset stomach. That night Little Action Jackson received EXCELLENT medical attention from the staff and vet who were on duty. They gave him a physical exam, took blood and did x-rays to make sure nothing was blocking his intestines/digestive track - AND they even said he was playing with them in the treatment room :) Needless to say, I see that there have been a lot of bad experiences/reviews at TLC, BUT my little guy received great care and everyone was super nice! more

TLC's staff are kind, compassionate, loving, caring, doting, spoiling and all around great. They know me and my pets name, the doctors (oh… Dr. Baker and Dr. Herbert) are lovely! more
