“Jackie” sounded nice and consoling when I first contacted her about having to put down my 13 year old Rottweiler so I used them for their crematoria services. However, after they picked her up from the vet, I called back to check on urns and she didn't even know who I was even though I just talked to her the day before. I gave her my pets name (she didn't care about my name) and she reluctantly went over prices with me. She was very irritated. She gave me a $20 price window on the urn I wanted as it was one that needed to be ordered and the whole time kept referring to my dog as a “he” when she was a “she”. Then, two days later I got a call from her husband saying that “he” was ready to be picked up. I told him that I ordered and urn and it wouldn't be ready for a week. You would think that they would keep better records and at least know that when you're referring to a pet the difference between “he” and “she” might not mean anything to them but to someone who just lost their “child” it means a lot. When I got the bill, I was charged $30 more for the urn. I didn't even take it up, I just wanted to be done with them. Wouldn't recommend them. Callous and cold.
Pros: Nice at first
Cons: Didn't even know who you were at the end
