This store is busy a lot of the time- it's great, that's why! Even when busy, the associates are always so nice and helpful. I receive great customer service EVERY TIME and will continue going back! Love this store! more

Mom and I were standing were one is supposed to stand to wait for the next available cashier. There were NO other people in line at all. Apparently, we were in the 'Returns' line instead of the 'Purchases' line. Again, there was no 'line' to speak of, we were the only ones standing there. A cashier asked if we had an item to return. We said no, we have a purchase. He made us go around the line boundaries, and into the other 'purchases' line (no one there except us) - at which point, the cashier next to him called us over so he could ring up our purchases. The cashier who rang us up, was 2 FEET from where we were JUST STANDING!!!!! If my mother wasnt there, i surely would have made a scene. I dont plan to re-visit TJ Maxx too often in the future. more

T.J. Max x has always got tons of mark downs in all departments. To day I picked up $238.00 worth of stuff for $21.00. I would love to tell you It's holiday markdowns, but that's a pretty typical T.J. day! more
