I was asked to get bids for both siding and painting for our church which is in the Hyde Park area of Austin. As the church is over 100 years old, it was important to our members that the exterior be beautified but not changed. I met with and received several bids from siding and painting contractors. The cost was a concern to us as we had limited funds for the project. After careful consideration and review of all bids, we decided that it would be best to replace the siding on the buildings with Hardie board and then to paint the new siding. We chose Mike Connors with Titan Siding because his bid was fair and very detailed. He was also willing to work with us to give us the best deal possible. \r

Our church is often used for weddings and Mike was willing to schedule the work around our wedding\r
calendar. When the work began, the crews showed up early in the morning and worked until late afternoon for several days. Mike and Steve, his on site manager, addressed any concerns that we had both before and during the work process. The site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Mike kept in daily contact which was appreciated.\r

Once the work was completed, we did a final walk through with Mike. He made a list of some minor areas of touch up that needed to be done and sent his guys to complete the punch list the following work day. Unlike other contractors, he didn’t ask for any payment until the job was completely finished to our satisfaction. \r

I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his crews. They were professional, easy to get in touch with and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them and if ever I needed work done in another location, Mike would be the first person I would call. \r
