Titan hasn't bothered to pick up my trash in weeks. So, now my neighbors think I haven't paid my bill since they aren't picking up my trash. I paid for the YEAR on January 7th, 2010. Of course I have no clue WHY they haven't picked up my trash because their customer service is as reliable as their garbage men. I have tried calling over 10 times a day for several days and it sends you into a continual loop. If you naively select option 2 and leave messages for someone to get back to you, don't get your hopes up, because they never will. more

It would be nice to be able to pay our trash bill with Titan online. That way we wouldn't have to worry about mail being late and being charged a late fee. Pros: always picks trash up on time Cons: trash can busted by workers and never replaced more
