Titan Mobile Shredding

Titan Mobile Shredding organized all of our shredding. Before them we were going to place where they didn't charge us but they had all types of rules and regulations about what we could and couldn't do. They are taking all of our hard drives for our computers. They have organized all of our shredding into something that we can manage. They keep us in line with all the privacy regulations. They let us know what types of documents should be shredded and when. Altogether we have six bins of various sizes that they empty out periodically. We're very pleased with them. more

What Titan Mobile Shredding does is that they come here every other week on a Wednesday. Typically within an hour timeframe, they do our shredding for us. Two guys come, and take care of our four shredding bins. We've never really had a problem. The most problems we've ever had was scheduling. They call on Tuesday and sometimes ask if they can come late. I've been using Titan Mobile Shredding for about four or five years, soon after they started their company. Titan Mobile Shredding is extremely responsive and they are also very consistent with their schedule and shredding pickup. We've been using their services for 3 years now, and we switched over from another company so we do have that comparison of the two companies. The drivers are very customer-focused. They are courteous and they attempt to make it as easy as they can for us. Because of what they are willing to do on top of paper shredding, like taking our computer monitors, it's been good for our company as another way to recycle those things as well. It's not necessarily one-stop shopping, but it's been very effective for us. Their customer service is great. They always follow-up and will check-in with us to make sure we're satisfied with them.
