Amazing customer service 7/10/2014

Mike, Pat & the entire staff are the best. They explain everything in layman's terms, things that should be watched, things that need to be done now and so many extras. I would ask and it had already been taken care of. I'm unable to drive at this time and they brought my car to me. I have told so many folks about Titan. My neighbor was looking for a new place and she is just so happy with the honesty and the way they take care of ALL of their customers. Keep up the great job :) more

Titan employees are honest and helpful. 6/30/2014

My husband and I have been using Titan for many years now. The last 5 years or so we have been on the bubble whether to continue to fix some issue with our car or to buy new. Titan has always been honest with what type of return we would get with the small fix to help balance out the cost of the fix verses buying new. They keep to the time schedule they quote and are always willing to pick me up or drop me off when they have my car. more

Great Service 5/9/2014

Took my Prowler in for a cooling system flush and refill. Titan is one of the few repair shops that has the proper equipment to do a COMPLETE flush of the system. The dealer doesn't even have the right equipment. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. more

What I love about Titan they take the time to explain, what is wrong with your car and tell you what the price will be upfront.When they explain it is detailed of how this part works in your car and why it needs replacing.They fix it and I have no problems.They are very respectful and do not treat you like you can not understand the workings of your car.Nice friendly people too. more
