I have had two terrible experiences with Tires Plus in Smyrna, GA. Both instances happened when they changed my oil in two separate vehicles. The first instance was when they did not replace the old canister or o-ring on my bmw. The oil leaked completely out of my care and covered the entire bottom of the vehicle. I had to spend $150 to have the car cleaned and a new oil change at a CERTIFIED BMW shop. The second instance happened in my Acura. They did tighten the oil plug and it leaked for several weeks. They also did not reset the oil life indicator. I would not send my worst enemy to this shop. Oh, I forgot to mention when I took the BMW to a real shop... They informed me that the plate covering the oil drain on the bottom of the car was never put back in place. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE HERE THEN I FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR CAR AFTERWARDS. more
