Tires Plus Total Car Care

The worst customer service!...I went there to install a tire that I had bought somewhere else, and when I asked them to call the insurance company for the road hazard insurance approval, they told me they don't deal with insurance companies. They told me they make money selling tires, not installing tires, so they did not want to help me with the approval of my tire's road hazard insurance. Finally they called, but the experience was so damaged already that I would not recommend anyone to bring a tire for installation. If you want good customer service, you will have to buy tires from them. Otherwise, stay away! more

I visited Firestone on Howell Mill becasue it was on my way to work and I had a screw in my tire. I was told that they could not patch my tire because of the location of the screw and that I would need a new tire. As a long time customer of Tires Plus, I figured if I was going to have to buy a new tire I was going to go to the folks who have always taken care of us. Eric, at Tires Plus pried out the screw and determined that not only did I not need a new tire, but that the screw hadn't even punctured the tire! Tires Plus is the most honest, knowledgable and polite auto shop in town. I am so glad I made the trip across town. When I got my last flat tire, I wasn't looking forward to finding a tire place to take it. I've had some bad expereinces at at car shops and lets just say that I knew where not to take it. It was late in the evening on a Monday and I was looking for something open. Most tire places close at 5:30 or 6 and I knew I couldn't make it by then. I found tires plus because it was open until 7:00. When I got there at 6:50, I was unsure whether or not they would take me. But the mechanic said he had time and he'd be happy to help. I was so thankful. I knew it wouldn't take long, but still, who wants to stay longer than you have to at work? Not only did they take me in at the end of the day, but they didn't charge me anything for patching my tire. When I walked up to the register with my credit card, the man said ""no charge, we take care of our customers."" I was so amazed and greatful. I hadn't experienced this level of service before.
