Very thorough in explanation of the work that I wanted done. Accepted coupons without any trouble. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They stayed within the time frame that I was quoted for how long it would take. I had a great experience. more

Dishonest/Clueless Techs; Stay away 7/8/2011

Either this place have clueless technicians or they are just a plain sneak and dishonest place. They acted like I had no idea about the mechanics of a car. Let me make it short by saying that they wanted me to change my shims in the rear for 150 bucks in order for them to do a $50 4 wheel alignment. Since I disagreed they charged me $25 dollars for the BS alignment check. I paid and got out of there since I did not trust anything else they or the technician said. I took the car the same day to Toyota dealership and they did the alignment to spec on four wheels no problem. I guess if you aren't knowledgeable about cars then you will get suckered into repairs. Also even if you do know a lot about cars they will still end up with some of your money. I only came for an alignment so I am not sure about what else they do and whether it is worth the money. However, that was the first and last time they will ever get my money or any of my family and friends' money. more

Stay away...It does not pay to be ripped off!!! 7/5/2011

First of all let me that I am someone who really takes great care of our vehicles maintenance. I had been customers since October 2009. Our first experience prior to planning a trip late 2009 when I had our Honda Odyssey for tire rotation alignment & oil change, when I was told the tires were too far worn to rotate them. They were a 70,000k tire that only had 31,000 on them. I doubted it at the time but trusted your sales rep. & bought 4 new Falken tires with the alignment package saying I should get at least 50,000 miles out of them with proper maintenance. more
