I went to Tires Plus roswell because my car was shuddering. I was worried it was the transmission because when I would floor the car the engine would take awhile to catch up. They looked over the car and told me all I needed was a tune up. They replaced plugs, wires, and a coil pack ?, and it runs wonderful. These guys are really nice, and yes salesmen but they cared about my car and when I said no on services they were totally cool. I will come here and recommend it to my friends. more

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE !!!\r \r Here is the story that happened to me. My vehicle was showing service engine soon light. I took the vehicle to this place and there was a fat mechanic who took the vehicle & they told that the o2 sensor to be replaced and they charged $350 for this. I was ready to spent thinking that this will get rid off the problem. But, the light came back within 50 miles of drive. I again took the vehicle back and the fat guy checked it and told that - YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE BATTERY !!! I agreed and changed the battery. But, still the light came back after 50 miles. I dont want to take my vehicle back to this place again !!! I dont want the same experience to any one of you also !!! more

i have had a lot of experiences with this shop.i spent about $1400.00 for tires, alignment, etc.\r i bought the first set and they did alignment that time about 2-3 months later and (10-12k miles) i burned the front tires completely they said i had to rotate the tires at 5-6k miles, nest time they changed my front tires (they gave me one of them for free) with alignment same thing happened again , and they said my tie rods was bad. i paid about $400.00 to change tie rods and another couple of tires.about 3-4 months later ( you don't have to think so much ) same thing happened again , and this time they said earlier time was inner tie-rods was bad this time is outer tie-rods bad , so i paid another a few hundred bucks.then i wrote an email to their customer service and they said if my tie-rods was bad nobody can make alignment on this vehicle also they said I'm driving more than averages(I'm still guilty)i told them you don't have to tell to me , you have to teach that to your people and more

A few days ago I went to this auto shop for new shoes on my rear brakes. Little did they know that only a few days before this visit, I frequently work on my car myself. After an hour of waiting for an estimate, I received a call from one of the workers. Apparently, my wheel bearing and cylinder were about to go out and my bill was now racked up to nearly $600. My wheel bearings and cylinder are just fine, and in perfect working condition (recently replaced, thanks!). I know I'm a girl, but I'm a smart girl who knows her car and how it works. I immediately told them that I'd be back to have it repaired tomorrow and left with my vehicle. I'm about to inspect it for possible sabotage, and hopefully I won't have to sue. Not long ago on a Sunday my car was limping along on a dying battery. I drove by all the fancy auto service places on Holcomb Bridge Rd - they were closed. But Tires plus was open. The friendly guys had more important stuff to do; but they helped me select a battery and installed it quickly and got me on my way. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Just fast, friendly and honest service more

Has a good range of tires, although get ready to be "up-sold". They are competent tire guys but they are going to try to sell, sell, sell. Have in mind what you want and stick to it and you will be ok more

Store was able to fix my annoying brakes that kept squeeking no matter what I would do. The store replaced my pads with origincal equipment brakes and the problem went away immediatly. The technician Max has been there for at least 8 years and does great work. Pros: Great location, fast service and reasonable rates. more

I first pulled up this morning and was greeted by Max who was helpful and informative. He looked at my car and told me what i should do from there. There was no pressure from him and i felt like he was truly looking out for my best interest. At the time i did not feel like the problem with my car was that severe so I decided against any repairs. \r I later called the shop and spoke to John (store manager) and he knew exactly who I was even though I never had any contact with him. \r \r I feel like this is a great shop with a fantastic staff that really cares about the needs of the customer. more
