After over 20 years of going there I gave up.
3 years ago I bought set of defective tires for my Q45. Goodyear Eagle F1. Supposed to be good, Right? Only got 10K miles on them because they were prematurely wearing out. Everywhere I read supposed to get at least 30K on them. So did I get any kind of warranty? Nope.
My wife still insisting buying tires there so we bought a set for her Honda van. 6 months later one tire wears out because of the broken belt. So we called and this guy tells us they have to order new tire and he will let us know when they get it in stock. Did they call? Nope. 3 weeks later we called again. Come to find out tire company that made these is no longer in business and they don't have any other in this size. I called next day and spoke to another guy and miraculously they have several in this size.
But the say belt broke because it was out fault but they will charge little to replace it with another cheap tire. So tire was cheap and we paid it. Few days ago another belt broke on the tire of same set.
So now 2 tires out 4 belt broke. Do you think this whole set is defective?
Oh no!!! But we don't have any in stock of this size. Please check again.
Oh we got one. So we go there and they have many different brands in this size.
So whose fault is it this time? Apparently not theirs for selling defective tires so they measure defective tire which is almost bald and charge us about the same price as we paid for the tire originaly claiming that new tire is a lot more money. Yet the remaining tires on the van are like brand new because my wife does not drive a lot. So, I guess since they measure thread on defective tire it is our fault that belt broke.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN.
They don't stand behind what they sell. As a matter of fact I bought mine new tires for SUV somewhere else (from good rated Yelp shop) because I am tired of Tires Buy Mark.
Notice that sign that use to say ""I will give tires away but my wife will not let me"" is gone. I guess they are no longer cheap or good.
I am Real Estate Professional and every time I sell a house I gave Referral Book to my clients with Tire Buy Mark business card in it.
I just threw away all their cards and no longer refer this place to any of my clients. I will also email everyone not to buy tires there because this business is no longer has reputation worthy of my clients.
