You need to know though that on a previous visit I was informed that I needed my catylitic convertor replaced. This seemed unlikely to me. Another shop suggested that I needed an oxygen sensor and I had it replaced then at that shop. Not sure your hourly rate, but theirs was $60. No, they are not in a spanking new facility and they are in a neighboring town, so yes, less costly for them to do business. more

I got good vibes from just watching & listening to your people as they listened to and dealt with the various car problems people presented them with. They listened & then gave possible solutions. I would trust their evaluations. more

I am very mixed with my review. I got to Tire Pros at 7:30 AM with my 5 year old daughter and didn't leave until 12:10. I did not have an appointment, so I expected to wait but just not so long. I kept hearing the workers offer to give people rides if they needed one but was never offered a ride. I figured it was probably because we got there earlier then most of the people and wouldn't be there as long. It was hard watching people walk in and leave before us. I understand that some people had appointments but not everyone. I understand that they were very busy but communication was awful! They never once told me how long or the progress of the vehicle unless they needed to ask me a question. Then finally my car was almost ready and one of te guys asked if I had time to get an alignment check. I ask how much it was and he told me $80. I told him no because I couldn't afford to spend any more money. When I got up to the counter to get my keys and pay, I noticed it said free allignment check. I said to him I thought he said it was $80, he said, "didn't you read this paper?!?" Ugh. Well of course I want all the free stuff that comes with the tires I am paying almost $900 for!!! Very bad communication skills!! He never even apologized!!!! When I asked how much for the allignment check, he should have said that they check it for free but if it needs to be aligned then it would be an extra fee. Needless to say I was pissed when Ieft the store 4 and half hours later with my daughter who was starving. Also, I like that you have coffee but you should really brew more then 1 pot. Once it was gone they just turned it off at around 10am. I really wanted to like this place. I got a really good deal and the first guy that I talked to was very nice but then it took a bad turn. more

They went above and beyond I kept asking them to do things and did the t without conplaining more

The tires are well balanced and mounted correctly. The sales people were professional, polite, and and had product knowledge. I like the inexpensive oil changes and free rotation. more

During scheduling I repeated and had repeated back to me the entire list of items I wanted serviced. Upon arriving at the appointment, I found not all items were listed in the computer and only 45 minutes scheduled for the work with the shop closing in one hour. One of the items ended up not needing work yet If it had, I would have had to schedule the work for that item later. I was assured the work would be completed prior to closing time. I received my vehicle more 30 minutes after closing time. Work went fine. more

Always do good work. They don't pressure you to have work done immediately if they find something during their inspection. They will list out their recommendations for you to consider on your invoice. more
