Tried to sell a bogus $970 strut job; claiming leaks and that they were blown; that this needs to be fixed before tires can be aligned.\r \r Dealer inspected and found not even SWEATING, much less leaks. Struts are fine. Heads up for the Sedona location.\r \r Management then called to say come back in so they could do the alignment. The one they couldn't do yesterday? LOL more

Tire Pro Charges On A Sliding Scale 6/4/2011

While vacationing in Sedona on April 21, 2011, I had a flat tire. I took my Hyundai Tucson into Tire Pro Automotive to fix the flat. I had a screw in the tire treads. I thought it could be patched, but they said the tire must be replaced. They quoted me a price of $164.00 for the tire. When I picked up my Tucson it came to $238.90. It cost me over $70.00 just to have the tire put on. While I was waiting at Tire Pro, the man behind the counter said to another employee that one of the Biddle family had a vehicle in for service, and to charge them a lot because they have money. i have found that the people that work there are extremly friendly they treat you like family and will go out of there way to make sure you are well taken care of even if that means getting you a soda! Pros: local owned, friendly, good prices more
