Went in on Friday 11/11/11 to buy two new tires for my SUV, pretty simple right? NOT! Showed the SUV to Anothony(stay away from him he dosen't know what he is doing) on of the mechanics there and he told us he didn't have the right size tires in stock and that two thinner ones would work. Asked him to confirm that and he said it would be fine. Finished the work and picked up the car(over paid for the work) but was okwith that left and got about half amile down the road and my car started hopping and jerking (never did that before we brought it in) Brought it back and he took 20 mins to look at the car again and he told us that a park was busted and needed $3,500 worth of work done on the car. I told him to give me my car went down the street to Action Gator Tire and they told me because they put the two diffrent size tires on the car thats what was causing the jerk, it was causing the 4 wheel drive to kick on and off. (you think Tire Kingdom would know that) Action put the right ones ona and charged me alot less. Brought the tires backto Tire Kingdom and demaned a full refund from the Manager Tim Hart (worst customer service ever from him) he was more concerned that his tires that I was bringging back had chaulk on it from Action then helping me. Took him 15 mins on the phone with his boss to tell me I had to wait three weeks for a check to get my money back! I told him that this was not right in a loud voice and he tossed my paperwork at me and told me to get out. My girlfriend had to stay in the shop because I was not let back in to finially get my money back a half hour latter. Both Anthony and Mr. Hart should be fired.
