These people will mess with your electrics and then charge you to fix it. I live 1 block away, the last 3 times I have taken my car in for an oil change they have messed up the A/C then Lights then this last time my windows and alarm. When I went to pick up my car the last time, after an oil change, they told me that my windows were not working!! The manager then said he would charge me for a diagnostic test to tell me what the problem is. I called the area manager Gary 561 628 9093, he told me it was just bad luck that there was an issue with my car after last 3 times I took it in. I took my car back to the same store, the manager had spoken to the area manager..... suddenly the manager knows exactly what the problem is (no diag needed ... and then charge you to fix it. If you need an oil change, or tires, save yourself the headache of dealing with the Bait n Switch, go somewhere else. This company must add so much pressure to their managers that they have to employ sleaze tactics and try to bleed you dry using these silly tactics!
