POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE after they have your money. I have a brand new defective tire and am now 650 miles away and they want me to pay all expenses to have tire removed and shipping back to them so they can look at it. What's wrong with a digital picture, you send me a new tire and a pick up ticket for UPS? I'll tell you what's wrong, he doesn't stand behind his product or service. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HIM!!!!!
