My car was diagnosed and multiple issue on the car needed to be addressed immediately. Which I had no ideal and I was not prepared for financially. Thanks to Rick Johnson Auto and Tire they had a credit plan so I could have my car fixed and not worry about coming up with all the money up front. They really made the car run so much better. more

After the experience I had having taken my wife's car to Rick Johnson Auto & Tire I feel I must report this extremely good experience with Rick Johnson. I took my wife's car in for new tires. I was quite happy with the price but even happier with the tires and was anxious for my wife to drive on her new tires. She loved the tires just as I did. But, she noticed something wrong that I didn't and wasn't happy about it. Two of her factory alloy wheels had scratches on them that weren't there before and there were some light scratches on both drivers side doors too. She wasn't happy with me about it all either. I called the corporate office. Mr. Rick Johnson himself took the time to talk with me. He promised to take care of all the damage and he did. Both wheels were refinished and the car was taken to a body shop where they repaired the doors as well. There's more, Mr. Johnson rented a car for us while all the work was taking place too. Take my wife's word for it, we're both happy with Rick Johnson taking ownership of the problems. Now, we're his customers as long as he's around. more
