The price was reasonable based on that I have a big truck, so to be honest I have no complains about the place, that's why I say dont believe in everything that people say about something, you have to check it for urself... Im glad I give them a try to fix my truck, Im a very satisfied customer... 2 thumbs up!!\r more

Happy my car is on the road again!! 2/15/2012

Im a single mom nobody around me to help me out when my car broke down few weeks ago, Im so glad I went to Biscayne Tire, the staff is so nice, the manager help me to fix my car problem it didnt cost that much, he gave me a huge discount... Im definitely going back to my regular oil change and some other stuff... thank you guys for ur help ;) more

A very satisfy customer 2/15/2012

When it comes to my car care Im so concern, I have an old car so it means more maintenance, some friend of mine recommend me this place, Im glad I went now my car is fix and on the road again... I went in to have my power steering checked. Came out with nearly a $2000 service on all kinds of other items that they found needed to be changed immediately. The owner claims to give discounts but I had to go back 4 times within 2 weeks for items and get towed in once for faulty items. The owner told me that he would pay for the tow since their item failed. When we arrived with the towed vehicle, he said he could not pay the tow only warrant the work. The staff all knew that the owner was wrong but they can't say how they really feel. Terrible person. more

Really great service... no complain!! 12/7/2011

the staff at Biscayne Tire were really reasonable when it comes to service and price, for been a woman they treat me good with courtesy and they understand the times are tough, I got to say that Im a very picky person and I dont trust on people that easy, some friend of mine recommend me this place and I was kind of unsure to let them touch my car... After a few minutes of computer diagnose and the estimate came out I got my car fix and Im back on the road again thanks to them... I will definetely go back for my next service more

AS A LATIN WOMAN IN MIAMI LOTS OF PLACE TREAT WOMEN DIFFERENTLY ESPECIALLY IN THE AUTO BUSINESS BUT I WANT TO SHARE MY AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH YOU . I AM NEW TO THE NW PART OF TOWN IN MIAMI AND I WAS ON MY WAY TO COURT ( TRAFFIC CITATION) AND MY CAR STARTED TO OVERHEAT WITH NO WARNING .WELL I PULLED INTO BISCAYNE TIRE & AUTO ALREADY RUNNING LATE AND SPOKE TO MANAGER ABOUT SITUATION AND THEY OFFERED AND GAVE ME A RIDE TO NEARBY COURT HOUSE SO I WOULDNT MISS MY COURT APPT. AND WROTE ME AN ESTIMATE BY THE TIME I GOT BACK AFTER COURT IN A TAXI FOR MY CRACKED RADIATOR . THEY MADE A BAD SITUATION INTO A GOOD ONE . SOMETIMES ITS THE SMALL STUFF THAT COUNT more

great service / reasonable priceslong time customer 12/7/2011

been coming for long time with several cars and ive gotten to know more bout my cars & the staff @ BISCAYNE TIRE & AUTO pretty well. Same day service & negotiating quotes & making things happen. i have delt with other shops prior to BTA and you can see the difference.ive gotten to trust them and believe me thats not easy !!! i ve been for tire plugs many times , oil changes every 2-3 months . i would recommend Biscayne tire & auto to everyone with a car or truck . Believe that!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I finally found the right place 12/6/2011

I was driving down Biscayne Blvd with my best friend and out of nowhere my car start smoking... I walk in Biscayne Tire & Auto and a nice guy named Raul help me out with my problem, he sent some of his co-workers to help me bring the car to the shop. After a check out (check out fee $39.99) they found out what was the problem and I have to change the radiator. more

Watch out!!! they want your money 5/7/2010

I thought the guys in that garage were cool till i had a discussion with midas. let's go straight to the fact: radiator hose blown up, they asked me 450 dol to repair, i negociated it for 200. in fact, at midas it would have cost me only 80 bucks!! valve pressure oil to change, they wanted 350 dol, i change it for 37 dol at midas. And the worse of all, i had to change my brakes, drum brakes, they asked me for 550 dol. when midas could have done that for more than half. and they didn't even put new brakes on my car, they are already out. those guys are crooks, DO NOT GO THERE!!!
