WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/4/2011

had my car done there 2 months ago ,they said you can roll the windows down right away , so i waited anyway one day , the driverside peeled right off. i tried to get back there to have them fix it but with no luck because there hours are so limited , after 5 tries of trying to schedule something you think, since they screwed it up and they do offer a lifetine warranty, they would make time to repair what they screwed up. no instead i get the run around ,who has time to go when they only offer you to come in betweeen 9 and 12 . and they do smoke in the shop because my car smelled too. more

Seriously, do NOT go here! 10/30/2010

I just got my 2 month old car back from Tint Man and there are 3 6-8inch razor scratches on the body. But since I didn't actually SEE it happen, they won't accept responsibility. SCUMBAGS! more

Excellent Job 10/17/2009

The Tint Man did a great job on my 08 Tundra, they cleaned up after themselves, cleaned all the windows inside and out, also the only place around you can roll your windows down directly after exiting the shop. And as far as scratching the windows they make that inpossible by cutting the film to size before installing it on the truck. They were very tender with my door panels, and use a plastic tool to ensure no pry marks or scrapes on the door panels. I would recommend the Tint Man to anyone. Pros: Good price great service more

Tint-Man is the Best! 6/22/2009

I don't know what you guy's are talking about I had a 96 Tinted by the Tint Man when I purchased it and the Tint never faded and I had the car for 12 yrs. And if there was ever a problem all I would have to do is bring it back. They just did my new car and they did a great job. Bottom line is if you have a problem with your tint just bring it back instead of bitching about it on the internet. All you have to do is wash your car when they are done. Remember they are not a car wash. I would recommend the Tint Man to anyone who wants a Great job done at a good price. Pros: Low Price GREAT JOB! more

Don't go here - Do not recommend 6/18/2009

I agree with nautica2o3. Same thing happened here, this dude doesn't clean up after himself, dried soap everywhere on my car, clips on my door panel damaged (you can see the driver door panel looked pried). Plus he uses cheap Johnson tint, big boys use Pinnacle F1 tint/llumar or something reputable. I needed a tint job and wanted to see what the fuss was all about. Tinting pearls for anyone wanting know more about tint: ceramic (best - no radio reception, gps, cellphone issues, best for heat deflection), metallic (bad- all of those issues above), dyed (Bad- No heat reflection, lose color in a few years) <--TInt man uses dyed. What kind of car do you have? Did you bring it back and have them fix/replace the window? I'm sure that with being in business for so long and having such a great reputation, they would have done something about it... more

DO NOT GO THERE. I drove an two hours there because they were supposed to be ""the best"", I was wrong! 4/21/2008

Avoid Tint Man in Monroe. I did a lot of research on the internet and a lot of people had recommended them, so I made the two hour trip just to get tint done there. I went to pick up my car expecting the best quality, I was very disappointed. Pros: Decent tint job Cons: Damaged my car and horrible rushed service more
