WELL TODAY WE HAD MY DAUGHTERS VEHICLE TINTED BY TINT CITY. LET ME TELL YOU HOW HAPPY WE ARE WITH THEIR WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE SAW THE WORKERS TINTING THE VEHICLE THEY COVERED ALL THE DOOR PANELS SO IT WOULDNT GET WET, THEY JUST TOOK EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY. THE LADY IN FRONT WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING WHAT WAS BEST FOR US. WE'VE USED ANOTHER COMPETITER OF TINT CITY BEFORE, AND BELIEVE ME THEY DONT COMPARE. THANKS TINT CITY more

I had a car done by Tint City in 2008 and they did an awesome job. Took my second car to them and it wasn't so good. I called and explained some cuts in the stripping and the guy I talked to said they have to do that sometimes. I had some bubbles as well and the guy on the phone told me to just bring it down and they would take care of it. No problem. So I take it to the shop and the guy said 1) they never cut or use blades to cut. Problem, its a brand new car and the stripping is cut on both sides. 2) I was told that the bubbling was normal. I payed the extra for the life time guarantee. Should not be bubbling considering my other car with the 3 year tint still looks as great as the day as I picked it up 2 years ago. Huge positive is the guy is re doing the Tint. more

I find it so odd that this person posted all negative things for all other window tinting companies in the area but didn't post a bad review for The Tint Factory. The same information is listed on other sites in other names. It's suspect to see this happening. I would investigate the posts of this customer and the posts for The Tint Factory too.
