Tiner Property Management

I moved here from Florida thinking I would come to sacramento and get a worm welcome but I've been sadly mistaken. I applied at tiner for a house they took my app fee and call me a week later and said my application was denied. I asked why and they told me I didn't make enough money to afford the house, mind you I made $78,000 last year and $80,000 this year. They asked for bank statements and got them there the next day and still got denied. I am a tax preparer and own my own company and that didn't mean anything. By the way I'm a African American male. Racist!!!! That's all I have to say. I've went through the same thing at roundup realty and California investment. There game is to take all the application fee,s they can. Crooks!!! These trash of company's should be close down. Lord knows what there doing with your banking info, good luck with these crooks. Beware!!! more

I was a novice landlord and was very unsure about renting out my condo. But I have to say, Tiner Property Management has been fabulous. They have found tenants immediately, they are responsive to my questions, and they have made the whole process very pleasant. I highly recommend them and their services. more

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! This people NEVER respond to fix something for all the time we were renting house. Before we moved to rental property, we inspected and wrote down everything what was wrong and broken, but after we moved out, we were billed for everything in the issue list. They charged us more then $600 for missed shower handle and screws!!. But this items already were missing when we moved there! If somebody want still deal with this company my advise is take pictures of everything and MAKE THEM SIGN under the every one picture more

Outstanding customer service, professional and responsive!!! When my family started to grow my wife and I decided to look for a house that would suit our needs. We had looked at several houses and found that when it came to Tiner Property Management they were easy to talk to and they got back to my wife and me in a timely manner. As we started to move in to our new house and had several things that needed to be looked at we were able to notify them and they got a hold of the repair personnel to look at the problem. I lived in a Tiner rental home from 2009-2010, and I was pleasantly surprised with their service. While the owner would only repair some items the management was always friendly, respectful, and responsive. I find it rare to be treated with such fairness and integrity. Thank you for providing me with that type of service. I always felt that you were representing both the owner and the tenant and that is something I have not experienced in years. I am now renting my 3rd home from Tiner Properties. My overall experience has been fantastic. As my growing family has needed more space, I have always looked for Tiner Properties first. All three properties were clean and move-in ready when we received them. I have worked with several different property managers and staff members within the company and found them all to be reasonable, helpful, and responsive. When maintenance and repairs have been necessary, Tiner Properties has sent competent and courteous repair people to do the work. Although pest service is not included in our Lease Agreement, when we discovered black widow spiders, Tiner Properties considered this a dangerous hazard and had the black widows exterminated for us. In our first home, we needed to break the term of our lease (move out before the year lease was completed). Tiner Properties found a new tenant to replace us and we were allowed to get out of the balance of our lease term and move on to a bigger home. Our deposit refunds have been fair and timely. I have met 2 of the 3 owners of our homes and they were both very pleased with the service they have received from Tiner Properties, Inc. I highly recommend Tiner Properties as both a company to rent from, and a company to hire for property management! We've been living in a Tiner home in Folsom for over 2 years now and have had a fantastic experience with the company. Great house, fair price, and they have been very attentitive to the little things that come up with a 20 year old house. They haven't expected us to do any repairs or fix-ups on our own, and all the handymen they've sent to the house have been very well selected and trustworthy. We have become accustomed over the years to fair and attentive landlords, people who see tenants as clients, not just cashflow. That is the feeling we have gotten from Tiner Property Management. This is my first review on any company, but i feel people need to know... so here it goes:\r \r My Wife and I had recently rented a duplex advertised on Tiner's website..\r It is what we wanted... however, now it has become pulling teeth to get the repairs done to make it feel more like a home to us.\r for example:\r Kitchen was in unsatisfactory condition as well were some major noticeable things, on the day of the walk through, the agent wrote down some things she noticed that need to be repaired, and asked us to turn in a list of repairs as well. we did.... now, the agent is saying that she will only do less than 1/5 of the repairs. due to her saying that she just wrote them down just to make a note of the damages..... so because we signed the lease we are stuck doing the repairs we want ourselves in order to make if feel more like a home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r Does anyone else think thats unsatisfactory????\r \r we love the duplex! but for paying as much as we are in rent... dont you think their service should be alot better??????? \r i'm giving tenant satisfactory a 2 out of 10 for us!!\r \r Dont ever take the agents word for it... get it in writing!!! \r that was our mistake, well i guess now we know everyone is out there for money and to take advantage of people!!!\r \r oh, and this is our first duplex.... so yeah a bad taste in our mouths about this property management company!\r \r hopefully we will have better luck in the future!!!!!!!\r \r Happy hunting!!
