Stay away, go anywhere else!!!! I went to get a refund, and after waiting 20 minutes the manager said it is company policy to not refund money. That as a customer there is no recourse for poor service, gel style nails that fall off, chip, and break the very next day. The managers response was the technicians work for commission and that a refund was impossible. Because the owners wasn’t going to pay for a technicians poor work. Additionally the manager said he was to busy to talk to me about my situation, upon initial arrival. After owning restaurants, I was never to busy to speak with an unhappy guest or refund a guests money who wasn’t happy! This is the wrong way to run a business. Thank You Tina’s Nails for poor customer service and a horrible manicure.
