My brother and I eat breakfast here on Saturday mornings about once a month. It's small but the food is fantastic. The hashbrowns are delicious and the helpings are generous. I always order the Darlington, which is two eggs, hashbrowns and toast. I don't like the bacon they use so I don't order it.
If you're looking for a great lunch place, this is it. Again, seating is tight so allow some time to wait or come a little early to get a spot. The hot beef sandwich is enormous and the burgers are great. You'd better come hungry. The best bet is to order the special of the day. I just ate lunch there today and the roast beef dinner was $5.50. Excellent flavor on the beef and they use real mashed potatoes! The homemade rolls are to die for, too.
Brace yourself for a full onslaught of Nascar memorabilia. Tina's takes their theme to the fullest extent from checkerboard ceiling and curtains to race car ceiling fans. The menu is a little difficult to navigate quickly because of the theme but you'll figure it out.
