Doesn't stand behind work 2/27/2012

Tim's people were polite and efficient, on that I have no complaint. However, when only the windows in my house that we tinted failed; they did nothing. They claimed the windows must have been faulty prior to installation. Tim came out looked at all the failed windows, even called a window replacement friend out....then I never heard from anyone again. I would never recommend them to anyone, because if you have a problem - you are just out of luck. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Service! 6/23/2011

We had severe damage from a hail storm which busted several windows on one side of our house. We had solar screens which we didn't like much because the view out the windows was very distorted. If it rained you couldn't see out the window at all! The tint is beautiful and looks wonderful. We noticed immediately how cool our rooms are. The owner is very courteous and so were the people who applied the film. Great service, I highly recommend. more
