Tim's Towing

Tim's Towing makes an effort to be the most inexpensive service provider around. The company's service drivers make an effort to be more punctual and helpful than those of other companies. I have used Tim's Towing on several occassions, and while the situation itself is no fun, Tim's has made the experience a lot less troublesome. more

Called these guys for a tire change. Mine blew out, as I went over a curb and the jack in the trunk of my car was broken.\r \r I talked to Tim I believe who said for $60 he will send a dispatch to me in 9 minutes.\r \r After 15 minutes passing by I called him and he told me again how his dispatch would be there in 20 minutes.\r \r After another 50 minutes wait in the steel-melting heat of Texas, someone finally showed up and did the 5 minutes work needed to change a single tire.\r \r He then took my credit card from me, wrote the numbers down wrong, only to Tim calling me twice on my Friday for re-verifications.\r \r Conclusion being that Tim's Towing WILL make you regret your business with them, unless, otherwise, you would have been attacked by grizzlies. more

On our way home from my aunt's funeral a terrible line of storms hit while my daughter and I were traveling alone. We pulled off of the road to get out of the hail and ended up stuck in the mud. We had contact with my husband via cell phone and he called Tim from Tim's Towing. Tim was there in 30 minutes sending us back to Austin with best wishes and the best friendly smile.
