I have known Dave since when he worked with his father in Lafayette over 20 years ago. Over the years I have brought various cars and trucks to him, and he always does good work. When Dave moved to Walnut Creek I kept going to him. I know Dave and Darin pretty well. They have been good people to work with. They do not overcharge on the work, and they do not over-promise on the time they can deliver the car. It is nice to find an honest mechanic. I've got one, and I'm sticking with him. You will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work and the competitiveness of the prices. John R. Dutro more

I love Timmons Auto and that is why I return to them. I have been going to Timmons for at least 6 years. All I have to do is tell them I have a problem and they get me in as soon as they can. And they are always ready to help and get you on your way; that is what they are all about. In fact, I just went to see them last week and they were able to get everything done the same day, which I did not expect at all. They had to call for a part, and I guess it was local because I only had to make two trips and they were done. They figured out the problem, found the part, and once they had the part, they took literally 10 minutes to fix the problem. They are warm people and they genuinely treat you like family.
