On a recent trip to Pgh from California to visit family my baggage was ""delayed"" I was told it would be deliverd to my mother's house. I arrived in P-burgh at 9:00am. At 6:33 pm I had a voicemail from TimePro wanting to confirm the delivery address. I called back at 6:42, got an answering machine and left a message confirming the address,called again about 7:15 left same message. I called the airlines,was told to give it until 8:30. I was told the contract Timepro had with the airlines requires they deliver on day of pick up. I was assured I would get my bag that day. At 11:40 pm Timepro called to confirm my address again. I was told the bag would be delivered ""around"" 2:00 am , they would leave it on the front porch, I was to leave the porch light on and a note relieving them of liability. I said I did not want to leave that note as the bag would be on the porch, 2 am or later,with the light on. I was told if I didn't leave the note they wouldn't deliver. I got irritated and, regrettably, replied ""Then leave the F**ing bag and I'll leave the note"" The ""supervisor"" told me the driver is refusing to deliver the bag because I am now ""irate"". I told him I would be asleep when the bag arrived he said the driver still refuses, my bag would be taken back to the airport. I called the airlines and was told Timepro had picked up my bag at 2:30 the afternoon of my arrival. So much for same day delivery, contract requirements being met and customer service. I admit I should not have gotten ""irate"" however, my bag should have been delivered in a timely manner, when I called back the first two times a human would have been nice, a call back after leaving those messages would have been nice and I can't help but wonder where my bag and/ or the delivery person and his supervisor were between 2:30 and 11:40 pm when I finally spoke to a human from Time Pro. Bad business, bad customer service. My bag was finally delivered, by taxi, on 5-8-08 at 9:30 am
