The staff keeps changing. Some have been very good, but others ... The biggest problem is that you need to get everything in writing. Otherwise they will ask, "Well, do you have that in writing?" I would never pay ahead for services. Do you really want to work with someone you can't trust? more

The atmosphere is very casual, and quite comfy, it is not pretentious, puffy, or stuffy. The staff as well as their surroundings were very pleasant, personable, and extremely professional. I was made to feel at ease from the moment that I had entered the door until my departure. The whole process was explained to me, and I was constantly asked how my comfort level was. I was made to feel very comfortable, and that my feelings did matter.I received excellent service, and great care. The Anesthetician, and the Nurse Practitioner are above, and beyond dedicated to giving excellent patient/customer care. The pricing is competitive, but the care, and skill is above average. I highly recomend Timeless MD Spa for everything from facials to facial hair removal, from Botox to lasers! Thanks for making me feel, and look like a million Marcy, and Rosemary! more

\r I am so very happy that I have been going to Timeless MD Spa for all my beauty/spa needs from facials to laser treatments. I refuse fillers, and I am so not a fan of anything with side effects, and warning labels. I had severe sun damage from all of my years as a serious sun worshiper! I had seriously damaged my skin by years of tanning, and smoking. My skin tone, texture, and color was all off. I looked, and felt horrible. Thanks to this group of dedicated, friendly, caring, and extremely professional group of ladies {Marcy & Rosemary} that know that not all of us ladies are a RHOPH {Real Housewives of Palm Harbor} They have budget plans, and expert advise for everyone so we can all get a little spoiled, and pampered as the Housewives of It doesn t cost a million to look like a million! I love the staff at Timeless MD Spa. They are a great group of professionals in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. I have been to several places previously, but never have I received such excellent customer service, and patient care. The equipment is state of the art, and the prices are very reasonable. Marcy & Rosemary take time to explain everything to you, and are very concerned with your comfort, care, and trust! The owner Randy is the absolute best at what he does, he answers all of you questions, explains how the machine works, and the outcome of services offered. I highly recomend this practice to anyone that is unsure, uncomfortable, or not quite sure if the should get a tune-up for their skin. I went their feeling like my skin looked, tired, lifeless, and dull. My complexion is now bright, clear, and radiant without any make-up. Thanks Marcy for the facials, and Rosemary for the lasers! I cannot recommend Timeless. I look worse than then I came in. My face will never be the same anymore after their laser treatment. All their procedures are performed by a physician assistant, not a doctor. Go somewhere where you get a doctors care. You only get one face and I would hate for someone to suffer my fate. more

Thank you Rosemary and Timeless MD Spa for a wonderful improvement to my quality of life! A laser treatment I had in Boston several years ago did nothing compared to what you have done for me! Kudos!I was hoping to get some resolution for the wrinkles and laxity that I have been seeing developing on my face. In addition, I had gotten a lot of hyperpigmentation scattered around. Well, not only did I get amazing results for all of this but I have gotten unbelievable improvement to the burn scars on the R side of my face. I was a childhood burn victim and have lived for 50y with burn scars which had strictures, redness and have always made me self conscious. For the first time since I can remember I don't need to try to hide this with make-up. What a wonderful feeling! more

I cannot recommend this place. The laser tech (Rosemary I believe was her name) rushed through my treatment and now have scars on my face. Then they try to pretend you did something to cause them. Once they have your money, they don't care. Go elsewhere. more

This place damaged my skin permanently! Do not go here. It is run by a PA, Rosemary who really known very little about skin (not run by a doctor). They are only interested in your money and will try to sell you anything. more

I feel like I have a new lease on life. I no longer dodge mirrors and pictures. It is absolutely amazing the difference I see and feel. The staff really made me feel pampered and I absolutely love what they did! My friends cannot believe the difference and several want to arrange treatments! I love my new face- I look like me again! more
