Time-It Lube

I used the Time it Lube in Haughton La. On Sept 2 2016. On Oct 28th my car stopped on me had it towed to the dealership to find out what went wrong. Found out that there was no oil in my car. Now the engine needs to be replaced due to no oil which I just had it changed at Time it Lube. Re it Lube will not fix my car or provide a rental. They want a history of maintenance on the car did you ask for a history of maintaine when you took my money. Also when putting air in my tires they broke the valve stem which I had to get it replaced. Also the aftermarket parts that they use voids out your warranty. Would not be using Time it Lube an I do not advise you to use them either they do not stand behind there work more

Just left the Time It Lube of Barksdale in south Bossier. I sent my teenage son to get the oil changed in our 2001 Nissian Frontier. He called me back saying they want to do an additional engine oil flush since the oil was so dirty. I told him to tell them no, just the regular oil and filter change is all we want. He called back, they refused to do the oil change unless we purchased the additional service at a cost of an additional $60+. I went to the location not believing what I had heard. I met with the manager. He started off with a lie, he said the truck was two quarts low. I know this to be a lie because we had just checked it before my son took it to Time it Lube. When I told him it was not low just minutes earlier and went to show him he said " oh ya it's ok now I just put two quarts in it". Why would anyone put oil in a vehicle that's not going anywhere and going to have the oil changed right then. Anyway, not trusting the service now, I decided to take my business elsewhere. We have used this Time it Lube several times in the past when we 1st moved here and it was close to where we lived at the time. It is in a very convinient Location off a busy Street. The Guys that work there were always friendly and professional. They do quick and efficiant Work. They have a neat little Carwash in the back but we have only used it ones and were not happy with the turn-out. more
