I have gone to time zone for about 5 years now. I purchased 5 watches from them, and had several repairs done. They always treat me right , what I like the most is, their lay back style of how they conduct business. When I stop in, I noticed that they never try to push something on me, or any other person. I like that in a business. Today I went in and purchased my 6th watch from them. A new rolex sub, their goes my tax check . Pros: Lay back store , staff, best service in town. more

I have had my seiko kentic repaired at TZ and purchased many watches from them. Pros: Cool people to know and do business with. Good deals on watches Cons: They no longer change batteries on digital watches "" I understand I dont blame them"" more

Upfront, Ethical, and Fair , Well organized 2/7/2008

I had my wife's Rolex watch serviced at a different place. The watch never worked right . I went into time zone and I asked what could be wrong with it. Their watchmaker opened it up. What he showed me was amazing, he explained how it works , why it works, and the problem it had . Well I spent $800.00 at the other place and been back 3 times and it never ran right . I had time zone re-repair it and it works well. They replaced one part and cleaned it to their specs all for $550.00 with a 2yr warranty. I haven't had to take it back for anything , Except I did have time zone order me a diamond bezel for it and my wife loves it, Pros: Straight forward , great service , educational, informative more

I had Time Zone service My Rolex a few monthes ago. It still works and looks great . They did a great job. more

Best watch and clock shop in San Diego 1/5/2008

I would recommend , this store to any one who wants to buy a quality watch , or need to get a watch worked on. They have excellent customer service. I took one of my watches , to one of those fix it fast places, and they destroyed my watch. I was in Grossmont Shopping Center , and came upon TIME ZONE. I asked them if they could repair my watch, Well 1 week later they got it up and running like a champ. They fixed the problems with the watch. Honest watchmaker, made our watch work well after 40 yrs dead wow , excellent service 12/4/2007

We where reffered to TIME ZONE by a friend , We talked with the watchmaker ""MICHAEL'"" who is also one of the owners , He looked at our pocketwatch , He knew what it was before we told him the story , He told us the History. Which was amazing , He found that the mainspring was broken, and it needed a good cleaning, and as new crystal , the cost was $300.00 , We said we will think about it , Pros: honest, professional, takes pride in his work more
