now i hope I am doing someone a honest favor by writing this !!! I have been with this company for over 20 yrs now the name is different but my account number has remain the same i will tell you this company start going down him once they change the name to time warner..i have had nothing but trouble if what really makes me angry is that we only have one cable company here so i feel they think that they can raise their prices to whatever they like because we don't have any other choices .i will seriously advise anyone thinking about starting any services with them to truly consider going someone where else .and if you don't want to take my word maybe you should review all the comment got to their old reviews go on fb you will see the same remarks if people are saying the same thing that tells the story.i never been in a business where if you ask to speak to a manager you are told they cant give you a name or contact number..! i cant tell you how many countless hours i have wasted on the phone with these people going back and forth ..so as i wrote in a comment before get everything in writing and even then i not sure if it would help when there is a problem ..don't fall for the promotions trust me they do what they want but i don't understand if they say they record your calls which i think they should because when you call into a call center you never know who you may speak to and where they may be located so if you needed to get back to that person that gave you a certain amount to pay and its not accurate then the problem is yours they are also good for telling you that you are in a promotion for a yr and trust me that is not the case .it might last about 3months each time you get your bill it will go up each month so basically they can change the price anytime you want so those that are thinking about changing to this company thinking you are getting a better deal trust don't do it ..as a paying customer i should never have to go throught all the none sense i have all because they don't want to be honest
