TERRIBLE CABLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THE RATES ARE TOO HIGH AND THE SERVICE IS UNBEARABLE. WHEN YOU CALL THE LOCAL OFFICE FOR SOME ASSISTANCE OR TO PAY YOUR BILL, YOU END UP ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THEN THEY ASK FOR A CALL BACK NUMBER TO CALL YOU BACK WITHIN AN HOUR. GOING TO THE LOCAL OFFICE IS JUST AS BAD, THE WAIT TIME IS CRAZY AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE GIRL WORKING THE WINDOW. THERE IS ONLY A FEW PARKING SPACES AND THE OFFICE CLOSES AT 5PM EVERYDAY AND IS ONLY OPEN FOR A FEW HOURS ON SATURDAY. WHEN YOU NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REPAIRS YOU ARE SPEAKING TO SOMEONE WHO IS IN OHIO AND YOU DON'T GET ANYONE OUT TO YOUR HOUSE UNTIL ABOUT A WEEK LATER. THE RATES KEEP RISING AND THEY ARE THE ONLY CABLE COMPANY SERVING THE GENERAL AREA. IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DON'T BOTHER CALLING BECAUSE THEY WON'T BE THERE UNTIL DAYS LATER.
