Time Warner cannot even get their billing correct. After having a bad experience of being charged for another persons cable as well as our legitimate bill, we cancelled our service without ever being reimbursed for the extra that was automatically drafted from our account. After moving to a new house we decided to give them another try. We signed up while a promotion was being offered. It has been 4 months and we have yet to receive a bill for the amount that was offered in the promotion. It takes a phone call every month to work things out and we are promised each time the problem has been fixed and our next bill will be correct. To make things worse, the charges that are billed to us are not even consistent. Horrible company that is incredibly unorganized. Luckily they are starting to get some competition with internet TV. We will be switching our service!!!
