My first issue with time warner was when the install tech LOST the check for the install. After speaking with a rather rude collections rep, I received in the mail about a week later the check, ripped in three. no note or anything, just in a time warner envelope.
although they tout "start over", more often than not, it's not available for the shows I want. the menus take awhile to come up, and sometimes I lose picture while waiting on the menu.
anytime the cable box is turned off, it's such an ordeal to get it back online. i now need to exchange the box for this reason, but the rep i spoke with sent me to the wrong location, one that doesn't accept equipment returns. satellite here i come!
