I had Time Warner cable internet at my old barracks room and had to move rooms. I scheduled an appointment to have the connection installed in my new room one week in advance, on a Friday. The Wednesday before my appointment, I got a terse email from Time Warner saying ""We won't make the appointment, Thank You."" No apology, no offer to reschedule the appointment, nothing. Then, when I tried to reschedule my appointment, the soonest they could get in to install the connection was 9 days later, and they told me they might not make that appointment either. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a cable internet provider. If you want prompt service in Fayetteville, don't bother with Time Warner
