Time N Sound

Darian Tucker\r in the last week\r Came in to get a new single DIN radio for my 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt. Pricing was quite reasonable, especially on installation. Jatin knew his stuff as to which harness/kit/mount I'd need. Service time was great, maybe 40 minutes? Way better than any crap service you could get done at Best Buy. I was planning on maybe upgrading my speakers at some point; with the money I saved going here, I'll be able to do it sooner than later, and I for sure know where I'm going to buy them! more

5 stars in my book hands down. The service,knowledge and prices are outstanding.Weather your upgrading your speakers or a complete hi end system in my case over 2k worth.Piece of mind with installlation and warrantys is what I was looking for and Chris the installer and his coworker is very meticulous and did a excellent job on my 2001 Tacoma upgrade.Kirit & jack will help you with anything you need and help steer you in the right direction.2001 Tacoma pioneer4600bt headunit complete with JL Audio.When it comes to stereo equipment you get what you pay for.Spend a little extra and go with quality clean sound.I've never wrote a review for anything but I was compelled to write this because I was here 2 weeks ago looking at reviews lol. more

There is no equal to Time-N-Sound anywhere in Central Florida. I have been a customer of theirs for over 18 years and have had more installs than I can count done by their staff. Kirit and his staff are great! They are one of the few audio shops in Central Florida that have had personal service for over 30 years. I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else when it comes to car audio. more

I have a Dodge Charger that I needed a car alarm for. I went to several places. Most were around $600.00. One wanted $1200.00 for the same thing. They thought they were the Ultimate. NOT! Then I called Time n Sound. I talked to them about what I wanted and they said they would call me back. Good I thought to myself, I heard that before. ( Three weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from other places.) 5 minutes later they called me back with what I wanted for under $600.00. more

Kerit and Chris did an excellent job providing technical advice and without hesitation ordered the equipment I wanted to complete my car audio system. Chris installed a JL xd600, xd400 and a jw6 sub. His knowledge and professionalism is evident in the quality of the installation. I have been doing business with them for over 25 years and have always had positve experinces, as have my friends that I have referred over the years. They truly care about you after the purchase unlike the big blue box store! more

I took my 2010 Honda Accord to Time N Sound and bought the P3300BT and Viper 5901. I was pleased with their customer service and the clean install. Jack helped me buy the utlimate system for my vehicle. The installers were friendly and left no mess like the previous audio shop I took it to. I would give T N S a double thumbs up for their customar service, proffesional install and friendly staff. I learned that this family-owned store has been in business for over 25 years which is amazing! Time N Sound got my vote and I will definetly refer others to visit them for a system. more

I have had two separate positive experiences at Time ?N Sound in Orlando, Florida. I had a problem with a Viper alarm system installed elsewhere. Jack Mistry in sales helped me upgrade my Viper system and the installers, Mr. Prince and Mr. Schmidt, did a perfect job making my new alarm system work reliably. I liked their work so much that I brought another vehicle in for a new Parrot Bluetooth system. Again, the sales and installation process exceeded my expectations. I found all the staff professional and experienced. I have another few antique and modern cars and plan to bring them in also for my audio/alarm needs. I recommend this business without reservation! more

What a terrific place. My mother has a parrot blue tooth handsfree device in her car. She had it installed several years ago. It started acting up. The navigation, radiol, a/c all went waco. I took it to Timensound to see if they could do anything. I made an appt, took it in, an hour later they called it was fixed. Just a loose wire, however they looked over everything to make sure it was installed correctly and gave it a clean bill of health. The parrot works wonderfully now and their fee was a super deal. Thank you guys. My mother is very happy. more

I took my vehicle here to have an amp put. Everything appeared to work immediately after they installed it. I started on my drive home and everything spontaneously died. I took it back and they got it working partially, they said that I could have some bad speakers and suggested replacing them. I made another appointment to have this done but decided to take it by another installer first. I am glad that I did. He pointed out how the amp had been mis-wired, once it was wired correctly everything worked fine except for the bad RCA cables that had apparently been used. I replaced these myself and everything now works. It cost more getting thier install fixed than it did to have them do the install in the first place. Pros: nothing to mention Cons: They don't appear to know what they are doing more

I recently moved to Atlanta and have been a long time customer of Time N Sound - while I was in Orlando. I knew what tv and accessories I was looking for and worked with Jack to have my tv delivered in Atlanta via UPS along with mounting accessories. Their prices were comparable and even beat most local retailers here. I knew they would take care of me and everything arrived as promised and promtly! For the 27+ years that they have been in business - I would recommend doing business with this family owned business any day. Pros: Great People and Customer Service! I have had the pleasure of upgrading the sound system in my 500 SL as well as actualy installing automatic door locks in my jeep in addition to an improved sound system and alarm for security and automation. I was given very fair and reasonable cost projections. They worked with me to accomplish exactly what I was after in the most economical way possible. As expected some tweaking has proven to be necessary subsequent to instalation and they continue to stand behind their products and service. I am not one to write recommendations on a regualr basis however am compelled to let others know of the favorable experience and prompt service. Pros: Highly recommended Cons: Only if you go elsewhere more

These guys are a joke. They damaged my shift knobb on my new 08 Honda Accord, then they took almost a year to get a replacement shift knobb. As if that wasn't enough, they wouldn't even let me install the replacement shift knobb myself and bring the old knobb back to them the next day since they were closing soon. They had to have my credit card number to trust that i would bring back the damaged one the next day. Who would give somebody their credit card number that couldn't even keep their phone number to call when the part was in??? Don't waste your time with these towel heads, you could get burned. Time n sound were very helpful from the start right when we walked into the door. I originally got my system installed by Audio sound factory and my system started to cut out when the volume was close to max. They are the people you dont want to go to because they try to get you for you money and install the wrong wires on a system. Audio Sound Factory installed 8 gage wires on a 1000 continuous wattage amp. I mean I'm not a wire master, but even I could have figured out that the wires were to small for my system. Keith was able to figure out what was originally cutting out the bass, gave me advice on what to do and I did that. Ever since they have figured out what the problem was, they have continued awesome service by offering better sound and better warranty. I even broke my windshield on acciedent and after I got the windshied fixed, they tuned my system for free. Great place for any kind of electronic installation for your car. Recommended over any other installaion people.... Pros: If anything is wrong, they will go to any lengths.... Cons: There are no cons, great place all around... more

I had a full system including a head unit installed by Time N Sound and I am nothing short of ecstatic. The install is by far the cleanest looking install of car audio that I have ever seen and you just can't beat the price(don't let online vendors fool you, with them you get no warranty and to me the warranty is very important.) Keith and crew even went as far as spending almost an hour with me after the install to show me the fuses and train me on how to use the new unit, they also helped me pair my phone and my wife's phone to the system! If you want quality work done by the nicest people I have ever done business with look no further than Time N Sound. Equipment installed Pioneer AVIC-F700BT JBL 15"" Sub and Box Boston Acoustics 1000watt mono sub amp and 400 watt 4 channel for the doors. BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont let these guys touch your car! I brought my wife's Audi A3 into get a stereo put in that would be compatible with an ipod. They we totally incapable of working with the Audi wiring, and the Alpine stereo I bought. The new stereo should have sounded better than the factor stereo, but it ended up sounding terrible because they could not integrate it into the existing Audi system - BUT THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART. I brought the car to a competitor of theirs, and they said that yes, Audis, Volkswagens and most newer model cars have more complex wiring, and the the guys at Time and Sound didn't know what the heck they were doing (I was not the first customer they had heard had a problem with Time and Sound). I then went back to Time and Sound and wanted them to take the equipment out and was informed ""we have no return policy"". They are trying to keep my $500 (for the bad wiring and equipment they sold me) and I am determined to let every other potential customer on the planet know what crooks these guys really are. The last thing on Time n Sound?s mind is Customer Service, Follow Through and Attention to Detail ? The three most important things to consider when purchasing an item and leaving your car with careless individuals to install. more
