Steadily going downhill. Management is slow to address concerns, one staff member admitted to not even knowing the rules and terms of the lease when confronted with a resident flagrantly violating these rules. There is a 10 PM quiet time but it is not recognized or enforced - if you do not like listening to your neighbors fight or party then you should move elsewhere or plan on relying on the police to maintain order as the leasing office will not. Dogs are allowed, but again the rules are not enforced. Tenants are often seen with dogs running loose and it is not uncommon to find feces all over the yard from people who are too lazy to pick up after their pets. Crime has become a problem as break-ins to vehicles and even apartments have become increasingly common. It is also common to see tenants doing brake jobs, oil changes and other, more extensive, vehicle maintenance in the parking lot (which is expressly forbidden in the lease) like it is an open-air mechanic shop. There are also non-working vehicles like the Camaro with a missing window and temporary spare tire that has not moved in months. Finally, Timberland is one of the few places where tenants are CHARGED for water and trash. All-in-all, I would recommend going elsewhere as the apartments are outdated and the resident's diminishing level of class means that it is quickly turning into a three-story trailer park.
