Thank you for the first-rate job that you all did for us last month removing our downed oak. Needless to say, it was a pretty stressful event for us, but everything you did – including the quick response, the coordinating with the county, and working with our insurance representative – was both impressive and a relief to us. Professional and Reliable tree company 3/12/2012

I'm very pleased with the experience I had with Timber Ridge. Their arborists are very knowledgeable and the crew that came out to my property was great - they brought out a crane, chipper, chip truck and skidsteer and had my tree down, yard cleaned up in less than a day. I'm happy that I chose to hire Timber Ridge and highly recommend them. more

Top Choice! 3/13/2011

They saved my Ash tree from dying!!!! They are the only tree service that actually had a certified arborist that showed up and could save my ash tree. This tree was planted by my grand father and he has sinced passed away . So to say the least i am very pleased and happy . more

Make sure you use timber ridge tree service if your getting your tree trimmed . This tree service has highly skilled arborists. They really made my japanese maple tree look good by the driveway and trimmed up my river birch by the pool and even made the white pine in my backyard look 100 times better. Thanks Dustin !!!!! more

Would Highly recommend 11/4/2008

We thought their crew did a great job removing our old pines. Took a lot less time than I had expecetd! I'd recommend them if you are looking for a tree service in the GR area (we are in Rockford). more

Did an excellent job! 10/24/2008

I don't usually feel compelled to make reviews for merchandise or companies, but I just HAD to take the time to leave my comments about Timber Ridge. Their men did a GREAT job when taking down a huge, dead oak we had in our back yard. They went to great lengths in cleaning up and grinding the stump & when they were finished it looked like the tree had never been there - or their company! I would recommend them in a second if asked and completely disagree with the last poster's comments. Both the owner & the employees were prompt, courteous & I was very happy with the end result. -Kathy Pros: Very friendly, great clean up job more

Avoid this company 7/7/2008

Please take my advice and do not use this company, there are many other good tree services in west michigan. Dustin (the owner) was very quick to get payment from us, but then didn't finish the work after he already cashed the check. My wife and I tried contacting him atleast a dozen times to come finish the work that we payed for, but he avoided our calls, or when we did surprisingly get him on the phone he said he would take care of it-- just to get us off the phone and then never actually take care of it. STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY, AND PLEASE TELL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS NOT TO USE TIMBER RIDGE TREE SERVICE!!!!!! Cons: everything-- the owner dustin is a scammer more
