1625 W Timber Ridge Lane, Oak Creek, Wisconsin My name is Jane, I have lived here for 1 year, with no pets. I am single. I decided to leave this apartment since the maintenance is really poor. I am a student so I have very few things around the apartment, thus I am very clean and tidy. After I left, the management refused to return my deposit back and said that I have over used the carpet and its not clean. I would love to take them to court but I cant afford a lawyer so I have to loose my $800 deposit and move on. Next time I find a place to rent I should read the reviews. So good luck to you. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management ladies are so mean, so fake. I had a gut feeling that these ladies are up to no good when I turned in the keys on my last day. They were so rude to me, I guess they figured I was no longer an asset to them. They dont even deserve one star. more

DO NOT GO THERE, SERIOUSLY .......... or bite the bullet and find out for yourself. I dont want to get sued or anything so I edited and deleted my long list of complaints. Will post here after I leave the apartment. Very frustrated with maintenance and management. Esp the ladies in the front office, oily snakes. They don't listen to customer frustration, even though they have a smile that can blind your vision. Be prepared to spend your own money to get things fixed around the apartment or wait for months before they get to it. Lots of teenagers you have to deal with when they dont clean up dog poop. Its similar to living on school campus. Nothing but frustration with teens ,when you tell them not to let their dog poop in front of your living room window that you open daily for fresh air, they are ready to get into a fist fight and telling you go live else where if your not happy here. Good luck, I would not recommended living here. more

Well, the management - are incompetent. They have no idea what the lease says. A disabled veteran was unable to get to his lower floor apt due to just-moved-in folks and their friends loitering in the hallway,laying on the steps, smoking and spitting in the common area and would not move easily or willingly to allow him to pass. When the vet complained to management ,he was ignored. When the vet refused to give male pain medication, he and his wife harassed the vet to the point of false accusations. They had planted a bag at the vets door and even as the vet was asking who the bags belonged to ,including me, the 2 tenants said the clothes were not theirs. Eventually, these 2 tenants claimed the vet ""stole"" the bag of clothes from them! Can you believe this!The vet had been confronted with a screaming male while the vet was still in his vehicle and clueless to what was going on. Seems the female accused the vet of some type harassment! The vet can barely talk, walk or function without becoming short of breath, dizzy and in pain! He prefers to keep to himself all the time and stays out of the way of others!I found out the Police took the vet away despite the vets obvious disability after the male went into some tirade of accusations.The vet was evicted for no reason and these 2 clowns are there! It's obvious these 2 bullies have intimidated the idiots in management. I had encountered this tenant once and he made my skin crawl- he is right in my face and bobbing his head and pointing his cigarette at me. The owners need new competent, real management. Maybe when the owners are aware of this incompetent management, these 2 morons will be ""evicted"" from their jobs. I had to give a star rating to publish this but it is really ZERO. more

At first glance you may find Timber Ridge Apartments an inviting place to live, however, do not be fooled. The management lack of attention to detail makes living here an unpleasant experience. If you enjoy having the following problems sing a one-year lease!\r o Poor Snow Removal\r o Walking in dog feces because they do not enforce their rule of picking up after pets, about half of tenants do not follow this rule.\r o There is the other half of tenants that do throwaway feces in waste receptacles however the receptacles do not get empty often enough so there will be a pile of feces bags around the receptacles.\r o Watch your neighbors bring home puppies that are younger then 6 months, however, it is a rule here that no puppies 6 months or younger can live here.\r o Having neighbors smoke maryjane outside, so you can get a contact buzz.\r o Listing to car alarms go off all day & night \r o Having a cool breeze come through the windows when they are closed during the cold winter months\r o Shaking the laundry machines so it will accept your quarter\r o Attempting to close kitchen drawers because they are falling apartment\r o Paying high-energy bills because the furnace and AC do not work properly. \r o Looking at trash sitting around and blowing across property\r o Working with poor management that does not care about tenants. \r If this sounds like home to you come to Timber Ridge Apartments in Oak Creek WI! more
