I found Timber Ridge a few years ago and have to say they are the best group of Dr.'s and staff ever. Caring, thorough, great medicine, I never feel rushed. I will always take my pets to them!!! more

took my dog to get his tooth pulled he died the next day when I asked why he was bloated when i picked him up they said cause of sugery when I called to say he was winning they told me to give him a pain pill more

I love Timber Ridge! 5/31/2011

This is the only vet hospital I will take my animals to. Dr. Lavigne is the sweetest man to both animals and people. He's never been anything but nice, and my dogs love him. Anyone that is in the area and that is looking for a vet should definitely go to Timber Ridge! If I didn't truly recommend this place would I fill out the CitySearch member sign up? No! more

Excellent! 1/9/2011

I had to write a review because of the excellent customer service and care extended even though I am not a client. I found myself miles from home when my dog was out of medication. My vet agreed to fax a prescription if I could find a vet who would accept the prescription and fill the medication. After being rejected by large corporate stores who said it ""violated policy"", I contacted Timber Ridge. They were not only friendly but got me on my way in about 30 minutes. If I lived closer, Timber Ridge would care for my pets. Thank you Dr. Lavigne and staff for putting the care of animals before ""policy"". You Rock!! more

have been a patron of timber ridge animal hosp for about 12 years, very impressed with the knowledge\r and level of care from Dr Lavigne......\r last few visits there have been seen by other\r vets in the clinic and not impressed at all.......\r would recommend specifically seeing Dr Lavigne\r or going elsewhere.\r shop around more

I wont take my dog anywhere else 11/5/2009

I got my dog Burt when I lived in Enumclaw and friends told me of a great new vet in Bonney Lake... this was in 2000. Burt saw Dr Lavigne for his basic puppy shots and such while we lived near there. He saved his life when he was suffering from Salmon disease (not derived from eating slamon itself but the liver)... literally helped him stay alive. He was fixed there... I still say he was never broken to begin with but whats a guy to do. A few years ago Burt was hit by a car, his rear leg was out of the hip socket and was told by the vets in Seattle surgery was the only way to repair his leg if at all. Remembering what a great vet Dr Lavigne was in the past I sought a second opinion... the next day Burt was at his office and in for repair. The good doc put his leg back into the socket w/o surgery and has remained in place since. He sutured him up from all the contusions he got from the accident. I wont take Burt to see anyone else... Dr Lavigne is the best! Pros: Dr Lavigne is the best Cons: I live in Seattle and the office is in Bonney Lake WA more

Caring 1/7/2009

We take all are pets to Timber Ridge, they are always caring. We had to put down our oldest dog and they were so thoughtful in regards to our fillings, not rushing us out after the process. They sent a card of condolance later that week. We thank them very much and the rest of the animals we have never complane about going to see them, they just walk right in (don't need to drag them). Great pleace more

Great Customer Service and Vets 5/25/2008

Dr. LaVigne is great. Been going for 10+ yrs. I would not go anywhere else. All my needs are always taken care of right away. Pros: Wonderful Staff. Cons: Parking is limited. more
