Amazing Work and Service Beyond Compare 2/22/2012

Tim Hart fixed my car after I unfortunately ran over a very big dead dear in the road. He picked up my car with his tow truck before 7 am, gave me a ride home, and dropped it off at my house when he finished working on it. His service was prompt, professional, but with a small town personal touch that rarely exists these days. He made what could have been a long, challenging situation very painless. I can't recommend him highly enough. more

Great Repairs and Excellent Service!!! 10/1/2007

After a Pinetree chased me down in my driveway and smashed my fender Tim Hart repaired my beautiful red Solara convertable like new and, at a very reasonable price. That same day it happened he fixed it at no charge enough for me to drive on a trip and gave me a ride where I needed to go when I left it for a couple hours. When I brought it back for the repairs he lent me a truck. He's great, I can't understand the other review. However they didn't give their name -- that may be a clue as to the validity of their statement.\r P. Heller more

Horrible! 1/30/2006

Dealing with Tim Hart Auto Recovery was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. He wasted hours of my time and I think I was overcharged. Mr. Hart has no consideration for the value of other people's time or money. Please save yourself a headache and go to ANYONE ELSE. Cons: Poor Customer Service, Long Wait, Expensive more
