Unprofessional 4/6/2011

Tim Harkins came with a glowing recommendation to our newly bought home in Kingston. He arrived on time, and then told us he would have to speak to his supplier regarding our request. He returned with his supplier as promised, and then we waited for an estimate. He never returned our calls, and the supplier ignored our e-mails. Under these circumstances, I could NEVER recommend him. Consequently a $24,000 job went to Jeff Lowe, who we are very pleased with. more

Would never recommend 5/1/2010

Beware of this plumber. He is extremely expensive. He charged us a lot of money for a toilet and told us he was actually giving us a deal. We later found out that toilets actually cost fraction of the amount he charged. I later called and asked for a breakdown of parts and labor. He never responded to my multiple phone calls. Honest, Quick, Reliable 7/11/2008

The job cost what Tim said it would cost, which was very reasonable, about the middle of other bids. The quality of their work was great, they were prompt, fast and respectful of our property. more
