I bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 1/27/2023 for $4,000 from them. The next day the check-engine light was on. I sent it out for repair. I paid $1,861.19 and drove it back on 2/8/202...

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! 6/16/2011

Wish I could give lower than a 1 star rating.Bought a used car six days ago. Everything was great, smiles all around. Until my check engine light came on yesterday. Turns out the catalytic converter needs replacement to the tune of $900. And upon further inspection we were not given an emissions report. When my wife went in to ask about the check engine light and give them the cashiers check for the car, she was told there wasn't one, as all used cars are sold ""as is."" When my wife mentioned the fact that this car was sold to us under false pretenses the guy (Matt) told her if she didn't pay they would sue us. My wife left in tears which is when a nearby mechanic informed us of the needed repairs. Illegal? Apparently not. Dishonest and sneaky? Oh yes. These guys will screw you any way they can. They are refusing the take the car back and now we are out another $900 before we can even register this vehicle. Plus the commission earned on my car is going to a complete jerk. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE PEOPLE ARE HONEST AND WANT TO DO QUALITY BUSINESS, NOT MAKE A BUCK BY HIDING PROBLEMS WITH THE USED LEMONS ON THEIR LOT. more

Our Daughter traded in a car and was told that everything would be great. A week later they tell her that she needs a co signer and takes her Fathers information. A week more and they get around to getting the deal done but with us in first position (which they did not tell us). We went in to sign and that is when we noticed we were in 1st position. They tried to tell us a story about the laws changing but we knew by looking that we were buying the car and our daughter was just on the contract. Ken in finance was the one doing this deal. We had Naadeem complete it. Now a week later her car is still not paid off and we are getting calls from her bank. I spoke with Ken about all this and he all but hung up on me. I will never recommend this company to any one. We should of just had our daughter give the car back and walked, but after two weeks she was attached. If you do business with this company, be very very careful on what they are selling you and pay attention to all the numbers. Do not let your young daughter, with stars in her eyes, go in alone. They will take advantage of her! more

I went to D. Dahle Mazda, and had the greatest time buying a car I have ever had. The process was quick and painless. They offered me a great buy on a New Mazda, great financing, and great service. My salesperson Chris was very helpful, and easy to work with. The manager Troy came out to the desk and offered me a great deal, none of that back and forth run around you find at all dealership's. I went in to the finance office and met Dave. He was very easy going and made the scary part of buying a car very relaxed and fun. I was in and out inside a hour and a half. I love my new Mazda and will tell everyone I know to buy a Mazda, and to buy it at D. Dahle Mazda. Perfect!!! more

It's clear all the positive rave reviews are from employees, just look at the jargon they use. Any real customer would be giving them 1 star as I'm doing. Don't know what I mean? Anyone calling a car salesman (scum of the earth) a ""Group of Sales Consultants"" is clearly a wolf in sheep's clothing. Nonetheless, on to the factual review: My wife and I bought a slightly used Mazda 6 from one of their ""sales consultants"" with only 7,000 miles on it. The experience was typical of a dealership; pushy, rude, ""this deal won't last long"", and all that you'd expect from a run-of-the-mill dealership. Where I really get irked is with their repair department. The main reason we bought such a low mileage car was to protect against future repairs since the warranty is supposed to cover anything major. Boy was I a fool! Every time we took the car in for warranty repair work, they miraculously found other items that needed to be repaired that weren't under warranty. They even once told us that they couldn't replace some of the warranty items without first having other non warranty items replaced. It is very clear they were just trying to milk more money out of us. If you were foolish enough to buy a car from this highly rated group of ""sales consultant"" clowns, just be sure you don't ever take your car there for repairs. more

I JUST BOUGHT 2 CARS FOR THE FAMILY IN THE PAST MONTH FROM D. DAHLE MAZDA, AND THEY ARE GREAT. THE PROCESS WAS QUICK AND EASY, THE MAZDA PRODUCT IS GREAT. THEY ARE HONEST, AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH THE DEAL. 0% FOR 60 MONTHS IS GREAT, AND ALL THE NUMBERS WORKED OUT PERFECT. WE HAD GONE TO BOUNTIFUL MAZDA AND WHEN THE 0% PAYMENT DID NOT MATCH THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN I KNEW SOMETHING WAS UP. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT AND FUMBLED AROUND. D. DAHLE WAS FAIR AND VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. I WILL SEE THEM AGAIN FOR SERVICE AND OUR NEXT VEHICLE PURCHUSE. more

Said they would fix things on the used car I bought from them...they did, WITH GLUE, rather than by replacing clips that they told me they would. Now 3 months later the trim piece they glued on is falling off the side of my 14K dollar vehicle and they feel no responsibility to fix it the right way Cons: Dishonest, read below more

bought a used car from them they said they didn't license vehicles. I went to get it licensed myself and the DMV said that the dealership didn't give me the required paperwork to get it licensed. They either don't know what they are doing or don't care to take care of their customers. Cons: They LIE more

I bought a car from this dealership, have regular service with them, and will give them my business for my next vehicle purchase. I did my homework before going car shopping and made an informed decision. To invest in a vehicle that I will drive for the next 5-years without research is not smart. If you go to a dealership to purchase an AWD vehicle and you have a friend with you, how do you end up with a FWD vehicle? You have an obligation to read, if nothing else, the information about that specific vehicle and it's right in your face on the car window. \r If You have a peeling dashboard and you believe it's a manufacturing problem? Why not contact the manufacturer or look it up on the internet to see if it actually is a defect for that type of vehicle. After 2 years I would have asked the same question. \r Shopping for a car without being informed or having someone who is informed with you is just not smart. If you trust someone to spoon feed you information that you could research on your own, shame on you... No wonder Bernie Madoff was able to scam so many folks! Do your homework people!
