Customer service, fast & honesty. 3/26/2015

Not only are they professional, but the moment you walk in they are like family. They remember you and are definitely concerned about your safety on the road. They don't lie about prices or what's wrong with your car, they run diagnostic & are very Honest. I've been taking our vehicles to Mr.Tiller since a church member told referred me. They also support Military members & families. more

Honest Service 2/22/2015

I have taken my car to Tiller's for various issues over the past few years and have always had a positive experience. On my last visit they replaced my brakes based on an NTB bulletin that I brought in to fix an issue that I was experiencing. Much to my surprise they did not charge me for the effort. It is hard to find honest car repair services out there. Tiller's always gives me a fair estimate on the issues I need fixed and stand behind the work that they do. more

Regular Maintenance 2/21/2015

They follow and contact customers with a regular maintenance plan for vehicles. They are also good about telling you, "No you really don't need this and we think you will be fine without it instead of searching for a way to convince you and create a larger repair bill. more

Alternator and so much more 2/10/2015

It wasn't just that I had an emergency - it was that I needed it done quickly and to feel as though my concerns mattered, both financially and with my safety. They saved me on renting a car for more than just one day, they gave me peace of mind they had my best interest in mind and they treated me like family - well, except having to pay the entire bill with no discount. :) more

Muffler bearing rust 12/21/2014

Great job getting ALL that rust of my wife's Tahoe muffler bearings! And for only $2300. They charge twice that in Port Aransas. :-) more

Tiller's was fast, friendly, and not over priced. They explained everything that needed to be done & why it needed to be done. They were also able to complete all of the work (& it was several things) in one day. My family will DEFINITELY use them again! more

Tiller's Automotive in Helotes are the best in the business. I have been a resident in Helotes 13 years and Tiller's is the only auto repair shop I have and will continue to use. Even when I lived in San Antonio I first went to Tiller's on a friends recommendation. These guys are honest and know what they are doing. You guys are the best!! more
