Recently purchased some schluter trim from Tile Source. They had it in stock in their warehouse so they had it ready for me the next day. It turns our the tile guy didn't need the schluter, so I took it back to Tile Source with my receipt for a refund. I was told that this is an item they don't carry in their warehouse (even though I had it the next day from their warehouse) and that it was a special order item (even though it was stocked in their warehouse) so they would not refund my money. Needless to say I was not happy with their decision to not refund my money. Lesson learned - don't buy from TIle Source if you even remotely expect the need for customer service.
