Tile Outlet & Granite

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They did absolutely a wonderful job remodeling my shower. We could not be happier with how the project turned out. It was exactly as Marco described, his men were on time and did the work they were supposed to, there were no surprises, no hidden fees, and they even vacuumed after every visit. The plumbers were courteous and worked hard and fast, and even troubleshooted some craziness that happened with the new valve we bought. Everything was awesome. And we LOVE the new tile. Highly recommend them. more

Outstanding! I contacted Tile Outlet in Boise to update my master bathroom and redesign it for handicap accessibility. They designed several options after measuring the space. Tile Outlet helped me select several tile options and patterns and allowed me to take samples on multiple occasions until I was completely satisfied with my selection. The final product is a beautiful walk-in shower that is large enough for a walker and a health aid to assist yet it is modern and spa-like in design and has added value to my home. The quartz counter tops and under mount sinks are perfectly fitted and require no special care. I also upgraded to an epoxy grout that requires no maintenance and prevents grout discoloration. Once the tile for the floors, walls and shower and countertops were selected a date was scheduled and the entire bathroom was gutted and redesigned and complete in 9 working days. I will use Tile Outlet to update my kitchen countertops and backslash. more

We had a bathroom that was extremely outdated and needed a major face-lift. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves and hire for the work we knew we were not capable of doing. We had been to numerous stores looking for tile that would work in our bathroom. We needed tile for the shower, floor and the countertops. So I would say it was going to be a big project (and we had not idea what we were doing). All the stores prior to going into Tile Outlet were not very knowledgeable about the product nor how to install, so needless to say we were a big nervous. We finally tried Tile Outlet! The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgealbe about all the product in their store, how the tile was going to be installed, who was going to install it, what the timing was going to be and gave us a bid that was within our budget. We did some of the work ourselved to help with our cost (tearing out) which they nicely guided us through. \r We give this store a BIG two thumbs up - they were wonderful!!! more

We had a small tiling project and wanted to help the local economy. Tile Outlet told us what we needed with the measurements for this project. At the end of the project, we had quite a bit (1/4 of total supplies) left over. We go to return them and are told that they only give store credits good for 120 days or 6 months - depending on which reciept you are given. They also wanted accolades for waiving the ""fluff"" restocking fee.\r They over sold us product - and now give us a credit to be used in 120 days...how convenient. Every homeowner DOES NOT have future tiling projects lined up.... This company is NOT for the homeowner, it's for the large tiling companies. This does not happen at Home Depot or Lowes.\r Pros: they know what they are doing Cons: YOU PAY FOR IT IN OVER SOLD PRODUCT more
